As one of only two tables in any empty restaurant it was shocking to see the mess covering the whole floor. The bond were overloaded and no attempt to clean table tops had been made for well over an hour (obvious from build up).Service was ridiculous, I stood waiting (being ignored) for mins before a day off member told me I could only order using the self serve. I had not brought my glasses and informed him of this to which he offered to read me the menu. This is obviously a very kind gesture and a member of staff going above and beyond BUT why are staff not allowed to serve? Secondly, why don't they clearly signpost that? What made it more frustrating was he then said you can print the receipt and he will put it through the till?! I could have banged my head on a wall.Will not be returning.In contrast the cafe next door with double the seating and equal staff with a much wider menu was squeaky clean.

I ordered my meal at . and received it at .! They had issues with their order system which I appreciate, but despite speaking to different staff members my order came no quicker. At no point did anyone explain the situation or apologies for the delay. I appreciate stores have issues, but if I could’ve given service a zero then I would!

Absolutely ridiculous.Spent minutes using different devices trying to order on the app. When i asked the manager on shift. Why it wasn't working. I was told she doesn't know and offered mo help at all.The staff did not want to be there. Then overhead the manager state to her staff that if these people aren't gone whe. We are finished we will just shut the shutters down. The way she spoke to customers and the collection drivers it's disgusting. If you can't handle a bust day ( no matter the time of year ) you should not work In this field. Will NOT be returning

Absolutely horrible service. After approaching the counter to explain we’ve ordered on the app (that’s what the app tells us to do-make it known we are here) I was getting odd glances from two women (a blonde haired lady and a brown haired lady) then rolling their eyes at me. Whilst awkwardly standing there waiting for my food - both ignored me until a bloke came and served the queue - they still kept starring and talking (I am pregnant and very big so I get stared at a lot didn’t really phase me. Anyways my order number came up and the lady with brown hair slapped it down on the counter and walked away, the drinks were half full, mucky and covered in black spots. As we clicked for dine in and they put it in the takeaway bags I was trying figure out if we had all we ordered. The lady with brown hair approaches and slaps my receipt down and said here’s the receipt, I explained I didn’t need it just that I’m confused as we’re dining in. She went away came back to state ‘all orders are put in a bag - no one else’s were. The blonde lady was standing there smirking the entire time. I found it rather unsettling and hostile one week away from giving birth to be met with such hostility. Absolutely vile service and I would understand stress if it was busy but as shown by the photos it was not. We sat here for an hour and not one table got cleaned. High chairs were being taken elsewhere and they didn’t stop them... filthy, disgusting and just rude. I never leave reviews really but this was just horrendous. Hopefully management sort their staff training in customer service and how to wipe tables and serve fresh clean food and drink.
